Dear Journalists,
I am seriously interested in hiring a journalist to research Trademarkia, Trademarkia business practices, and the Founders (Raj Abhyanker, Dongxia Liu) of Trademarkia. I find it mind boggling a company that considers themselves Attorneys is harvesting this amount of email addresses through databases of whom have no relationship nor opt-in to receive and are sending mass amount of SPAM emails. Gives me chicken skin...

F___ YOU TRADEMARKIA FOR SENDING ME SPAM
Screw VIAGRA e-mails I'm Getting Buttloads of E-mails from Trademarkia
Who the hell is TRADEMARKIA anyways? Ok one email from you was cute and annoying! Now 20+ emails from you bastards? I am pissed!!! 20+ spam emails sent to me equates to 1000's and 1000's of emails sent to others.
I have received nearly 20+ e-mails from Trademarkia?! Can you believe this!? Trademarkia do you realize the fines incurred in sending one spam e-mail? $16K! Yes, “$16,000”, that's three 0's not two but three (“What are the penalties for violating the CAN-SPAM Act?”, http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus61-can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business).
Can you imagine if every time you registered a domain name you got an e-mail from a dozen other domain registrars choking their services down your throat???? I smell an Anti-Spam lawsuit galore!!! I can only imagine. Why don’t they “the domain registrars” do this (send buttloads of spam e-mails to the massive WHOIS database)? Because domain registrars are smarter than the mass Attorneys spamming the applicants of the USPTO.
